How does trade-in work?

1. Fill out the form below
2. Receive an email with an offer
3. accept or Deny the offer
4. If Accepted, you'll receive a shipping label
5. Package your electronics with the best care and ship them out
6. Once received, we'll evaluate your electronics to ensure they match the details provided
7. Get paid!

Listing Items

1. When listing items, you may enter new lines for each one.
2. Provide as much detail as possible, such as, Make/Manufacturer, Model, Product codes, UPC Code
3. Motherboard Name & Model, no box or accessories | Box | New
4. Game Name, System, Loose | complete in box (CIB) | Brand New
5. Graphics Card | Box / No box | New / Used
6. Controller | System it's for | Used | 880111137219
7. Providing these details ensure we can give you an accurate offer.
8. You may use the "Attach Files" to include pictures or a spreadsheet listing out what you have.
9. If you don't want to list everything out or have a lot of stuff, send us a message. We can arrange for shipping, evaluate and make an offer after everything arrives. From there, you can accept or deny our offer.

What if the condition doesn't match?

• Use your best judgement when describing your item.
• Provide as many pictures as possible
• We'll evaluate the item when it arrives and if it doesn't match, we'll send a counter-offer.

What if I don't like the offer or counter-offer?

• Counter-offers rarely happen.
• You aren't obligated to accept any offer. If you deny the first offer, you don't have to do anything. You can always send a new request in the future as values do change periodically.
• Denying a counter-offer doesn't offend us either. We'll pack up your item(s) and send them back, free of charge!
