Payment Terms and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website or quoted for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. Prices for products and services are exclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees, or any other charges, which will be added to your order total during the checkout process. Please be aware that pricing for computer products can be volatile and subject to rapid change, and therefore we cannot offer price protection beyond 24 hours after purchase. This means that if a product's price drops five days after your purchase, we are unable to refund the difference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is because our cost for that product when we shipped it to you was much higher than our current selling price. By using our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these pricing terms.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your order.
Your payment will be processed upon placing your order, and we will not ship any products or provide any services until we have received full payment. If your payment is declined, your order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new order using a valid payment method.
Order Processing and Shipping
Once we receive your order and confirm your payment, we will process your order within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order and an estimated delivery date.
Custom Computers will be an exception to the processing time due to the collection for components, live streaming events, or other customized components upon request. Any processing times that will be extended past the normal processing time listed above will be displayed on check-out or your order confirmation page. If you need the order to be delivered by a certain date, please reach out to our team prior to placing an order. We will try our best to accommodate any situation.
We partner with reputable carriers to ship our products and strive to provide accurate delivery timeframes. However, the delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery failures resulting from such circumstances.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 14 days of any damaged or missing items. We will work with you to address any issues and may, at our discretion, replace damaged products or refund your purchase in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at info@celestialpcs.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Customer-initiated Cancellations:
- If your order has not been processed or processed and not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for information on how to return your order for a refund.
Seller-initiated Cancellations:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable for any reason.
- We identify a pricing or product description error.
- The shipping address is outside of our shipping area.
- We suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that custom-built computers and special order items may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions or fees. These restrictions or fees will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds
We stand by the quality of our products and services and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, you may return it within 100 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items must be in their original, unused or excellent condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@celestialpcs.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and update your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for items that are not in their original condition, missing parts or accessories, or returned without a valid RMA number.
Please note that certain items, such as custom-built computers or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Be sure to review the specific product details and any exceptions to our return policy before making a purchase.
Warranty and Liability
Brand-new products Will come with a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer. Please review the warranty information provided with your product for details on the warranty coverage, limitations, and any applicable procedures for making a warranty claim.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products or services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not disclaim any implied warranty or limit our liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability shall be the minimum permitted under applicable law.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, available on our website or through our Services is the property of the Company, our licensors, or other content providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
